1) Wally and that HBIC Carmen Sandiego were still missing.

2) There were these kids who were the Planeteers and you wanted to be them too cause saving the planet is the thing to do. (Yes, I wrote that by heart. Speaking of heart, what did Mati ever do?) And green mullets were sexy.

3) Rita Repulsa was an icon. Just the mention of her name would bring forth anger and repulsion. Hence, the name. I think?

4) Acid-washed jeans were cool. So were Kipling back packs. And high-waisted pants.

5) There probably wasn’t a person who went, “Woah!” in either the Joey variation or the Bill & Ted variation.

6) Blossom was not just a word to describe puberty. 

7) You played music CDs on your PC, not in your car.

8) Caboodles. 

9) That dude who talks fast in those MicroMachines commericals. 

10) The Peach Pit. And you wanted to be friends with Brenda, Kelly, Brandon and Dylan. 

11) The Mickey Mouse Club wasn’t just something Justin, Christina, Keri, JC, Britney and Ryan were a part of. It was QUALITY TV. (Don’t lie. You totally knew the chant)

12) When Calvin Klein says it’s a dress, you just accept it. And hot people were either categorized as a Betty or a Baldwin. You never want to be a Barney cause, duh! Clueless defined the 90s.  And you didn’t want to be a virgin who can’t drive
